We make Spirits from typical produkts of the Waldviertel.

The Zwettler Beer brandy is made from “Zwettler Zwickl Bock”  a strong speciality beer brewed in a local brewery in Zwettl. The brandy has a smell of freshly tapped beer, but the taste buds detect caramel and the crisp bitter taste of hops that leave a harmonious note on the tongue (41% Vol).

A rarity unique to the Waldviertel.

We are very proud of our Poppy Seed brandy made from Rye and Waldviertler Grey Poppy Seed because we were the first distillery to produce a spirit made from poppy seed. (41%Vol.)

Our Waldviertler Gin (41%Vol.) acquires its fine flavour from juniper berries and selected spices; the Waldviertler Wodka (45%Vol.) obtains its purity, clarity and softness from distilling it four times.
